Fondant choc moist cake with strawberry jam n ganache filling. 2kg- RM100. This cake ordered by Na's mother in law. She requested for peach colour cake. TQ aunty!

Tapi macam susah jer nak buat. Berapa lama kak wan ambil masa utk siapkan kek fondant ni? Dalam dia kek chocolate moist ker? - Sham

Kasha, mana ada susah. Mula-mula buat fondant utk tutup kek. Pastu, lilit riben kt kek, pastu, buat reben gantung kat bhgn atas. letak bunga. Siap! Ambik masa 3/4 jam. nak buat kek yg lama, 1 jam.
